Shipping Policy

PennyLaneShops.com takes great care when packaging and shipping your merchandise. We have sought out the best furniture movers, packaging companies, and shipping companies. We do everything in our power to ensure that your items arrive without harm. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday unless you have requested special services (holidays excluded). All shipping is UPS. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We include a $3.95 handling fee which is included in your total price for orders under 100 pounds (U.S.). Orders usually take 5 to 7 days to process, package and ship. Oversize orders and those exceeding 100 pounds will be prioritized as "special handling" and we will be in touch with you regarding options.

We do not ship or bill orders internationally at this time. If you are outside the U.S. or its territories, please call our store or email us for special delivery options.

For the most part, All Sales Are Final.

Kindly use the original shipping box and packing material. Use your own trackable and insured shipping method for the full value and mail to:

Please be sure to tell us how to best reach you (we prefer email).

We try our best to process all returns within 7-10 days of receipt. Please note you will be notified when your return has been completed!
 

RECEIVED DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?

If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us via email at Info@PennyLaneShops.com. We will arrange a return or an exchange for you.


RETURN POLICY:

Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt, less shipping . Penny Lane Antiques & Gifts Inc. DBA/Penny Lane Shops is not responsible for returns not received or not insured.


CLEARANCE OR SALE RETURNS:

All purchases of Sale/Clearance items are final. Returns will not be accepted.


RESTOCKING FEE:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of select items including, but not limited to, large furniture and lighting. All items which qualify for a restocking fee will be noted as such in their product description.
